Garden Rooms

The Garden Rooms are secreted away in a private garden that we are developing as a cottage garden merging into a wildlife garden.

They offer a unique stay by Loch Tay for travellers, walkers on the Rob Roy Way, cyclists on the NCN7 or those looking for a base for cycling and walking in Highland Perthshire.

The setting is perfect for seeing a wide range of wildlife such as red squirrels, deer, buzzards and sometimes red kites and ospreys. Voles and stoats are common – they compete with us in maintaining the garden.

Advance booking is essential, but last-minute bookings may be possible.

Sorry, we are unable to provide accommodation for your doggy friends.

Price:
From £80 per night for two people.
From £60 per night for one person.

Amenities

For those arriving by car we have off road parking available, but parking is not adjacent to the Garden Rooms.

For those arriving on foot or by bike packed lunch hampers can be purchased. Please email for hamper prices.

For evening meals we suggest you bring something that can be cooked in the microwave, food shops are available in Killin and Aberfeldy.
